Do I hear violins???
OMG, I hate when DH gets sick. We have the same thing but his version is 10X worse. He swears it's the flu.
So, in your opinions, what is the difference between the flu and a bad cold?

fever and aches and pains and a bad cough.
ETA- and nausea/vommitting.
i had the flu once or maybe twice I think and I remember being every kind of sick you could imagine. I had a sore throat, runny eyes, high fever, achy shoulders and back and neck...COugh, runny/stuffy nose and was sick to my stomach for 3+ Days. It took about 2 weeks or so to kick it completly.
Basically when you have the Flu you KNOW it, its the worst you have ever been.

Sick = I get up and do stuff around the house.
Flu = I feel so absolutely horrible I actually think about peeing in bed because I am too exhausted and wiped out to even walk 20 feet to the bathroom......
There is a huge difference between the flu and anything else. Basically, if you're not sure if you have the flu or not..... you don't have the flu...
