I placed an order for 2 photo blankets along with 2 ornaments the day after Thanksgiving.
The website stated- "to guarantee delivery by Christmas all orders must be placed by 12/8."
Well- Last week I rec'd the ornaments- and the blankets are "still in progress" (aka they haven't even been shipped yet)
I'm starting to freak out a bit- Ive sent them emails and I have been calling daily- however every time I call I get a recording telling to call back later.
They still haven't removed the $$ from my act (well they took the $$ for the ornaments out- last week when they shipped them)
What do I do?

I wouldnt fret...I am sure it will be done and even if its not...its to the grandparents, right? They will get it at some point. BUT if it comes down to that...I would get half the money back.

Yes- but since it was $$$- its their "big" gift and I really wanted them to have it on Xmas
