I know a LOT of people who are just negative, nasty and generally unpleasant - they would DEFINITELY say something like that!
I have a neighbor who doesn't like people to turn around in his driveway (he lives towards the end of a dead end). He has a big sign that says "KEEP OUT". Not "Please do not use the driveway" - but "KEEP OUT". I thought it was a joke at first.. but apparently not!
Anyway - hopefully it is a passing phase with her. Maybe she has a wicked migraine or she is in the middle of something personally horrific that is making her unreasonably irritable? Regardless, she was rude and maybe she will realize it and show up with an apology and a bottle of wine!

Did you guys have tornado watc h and warnings going on down there? If you did maybe she was alone and the noise made her think you guys were getting hit by the tprnado and was scared as hell and when she figured out what it was she responded with the drenaline in her scared bosy.

I like the idea of Jamie introducing you guys as f**king and idiot, that made me laugh!
