So I cut my hair
There will be no pic because I never post pics of myself but, I took 3 inches off the back. I asked my hairsytlist for the bob that's so in now and she said well let's do a longish bob because it would have to take 6 inches off. I was nervous that DH would hate it since he likes long hair but come on. I have had the same hair length for 20 years.
I cut it, I love it and I may go all the way on my next cut.
Liberating to cut it off!!
DH loves it. he is ok with me cutting it all off and I think I may get the nerve to do it in January. Actually makes me look younger (good thing)
She told me that the bob is in and everyone is asking for it ala Katie Holmes but not with bangs.

You will love it! My hair was the same basic length/ style for many years and I now have a bob ala Katie Holmes. It really does make me look more polished and professional!

i did it myself today and I really love it. It falls so nicely and feels so good.
I highly recommend chopping your hair off!!

Two girls I work with did this (both post baby) and they look FABULOUS -- I am sure you do too  !
Congratulations! 
I want to do the chop too, but I like being able to put my hair in a ponytail in the gym!

Congratulations!
I want to do the chop too, but I like being able to put my hair in a ponytail in the gym!
I can still do the ponytail thing. I've had it up already..
Haircut is 3 days old and I've had it in ponytails already!
