What about the Mill Pond in centerport? Fits everything you're looking for.
I agree but Piccolo's in Huntington on Wall Street is very cozy. Bravo Nader has great food, very old school and cozy but the decor is very old-fashioned Italian.

Definitely Piccolo (on Wall St). Fantastic food, top-notch service and great atmosphere.
