Where can I get those tops....
not sure what they're called... but I've seen them on some celebs lately.
they have like a "bloused" effect in the mid section and then have a band across at the hip area. not sure if I am explaining this right.

I found this top on the Saks website, it's a similar style to what I want - but not in this print!  and not this price either, it's over $1K 
anyone know a store that has these tops, for under $1K? lol
