I'm in CT. The roads were horrendous. It just took me well over 2 hours to get home. Normally it takes me 25 minutes.  I passed 4 cars that were stuck in various lanes on the highway. People were making their own lanes. It was a huge mess.
The worst part was that as I got to my exit, my windshield wipers became very icy and I couldn't really see the road.  I was eventually able to pull over and remove the ice, but it was scary.

DH left Jericho at 3. I am honestly not planning on seeing him until after 4.
The roads here in East Northport look Bad!

My boss just went out in Merrick to Wantagh and she said there was nothing on the roads.

I left work at 5pm and I just got in... the hills by me were very hard to get up, i called dh and he came out to help me get up the hill..... And this is why LADIES AND GENTLEMEN...I hate WINTER!!!!!

really? i had no trouble!
i drove from F'dale to the end of the N. State...left at 5:05, was home at 5:40.
I didn't see 1 accident, and traffic was actually lighter than usual!

Probably because everyone was on the road at 1pm 
(when i was heading west it was fine, but eastbound was really heavy).
