chamomeal tea and toast.
I am still not feeling well. I took a 2 hour nap and have been laying in bed for 3 hours and just cant take it anymore. I feel so groggy and mushy 
Tonight it's going to be tylenol simply sleep because I need a good nights sleep

I made lasagna- a new recipe with cottage cheese/parmesan mixture instead of ricotta. It was yummy
