Fashion Divas- HELP!!!
DH and i are going to Paris in Feb and i have NO idea what to pack. Yes i know its 2 mons away but i wanna get a head start on buying things so its not all at once.
YOu know how fashionable they all are in Europe. i dont wanna stand out as a bad dressing american
HELP!!!
PLease post pics of outfits and dresses etc.

you can't go wrong with jeans and heeled boots and a cute top/sweater/coat
just don't wear a fanny pack or parachute pants and you'll be fine

a fitted black turtleneck sweater with nice jeans and nice boots/flats is a good outfit that can go from day to night easily
i would also bring layering pieces, like a fitted long-sleeve tee and a pashmina that you can wear as a scarf by day, and a shawl at night
ooh and a long-sleeve wrap dress with knee-high boots..
can i come??

I just came back from Paris and for I'd leave my heels at home! We walked what felt like hundreds of miles, so I was always in flats or sneakers—I'm all about combining comfort and fashion, especially while traveling. I'd bring a pair of tall, but flat boots, some skinny jeans, a pair of stylish sneakers and a kick-butt warm, but chic black wook coat—and a really cute hat and scarf.

women dress to the 9's in Paris even during the day, personally I wouldnt wear sneakers w/jeans, but DEF get a pair of comfy and chic shoes, you will be doing a lot of walking....I swear most Parisians look like they just stepped off a modelling photo shoot...women wear a lot of black-and look uber classy!

Couldn't agree more....you walk A LOT!!
there is also a lot of cobblestone so heels will be annoying!

Sorry but Europeans wear sneakers all the time, ladies and men. Jeans and sneakers are absolutely fine.
The thing to wear at the moment is going to be skinny jeans, uggs (everyone is wearing Ugg type boots here in the UK) Tunic tops (Layers) and scarves. Lots of scarves.
In France there aren't too many chain shops, so their fashion sense is quite eclectic.
