Temperature during/after O
How much of an increase in temperature SHOULD I see after I O. I've been averaging a 97.5 temp at 6 am for a while - how much higher should it be?

Before ovulation I average 97.5 too.
My temps are usually 98.4 after ovulation.

I believe you should see an increase of at least .4 degrees.

Mine spiked .3 when I ovulated and then it will go up more after that. My coverline was about 97.4-97.5. A couple of days after ovulation My temp would be about 98.2 but that initial spike was only about .3.

It can be as little as .2 to over 1 degree, depending on the person. For me, I am usually around 97.7 before O and jump into the low 98's after O.
