Lola will be at her "babysitters" next weekend

Since we are going away (me & DS for 1 week and DH the weekend), we hired a babysitter for Lola. I didnt want to put her in a kennel so my friend recommened a friend of hers who watches dogs at her house.

I'm writing instructions for her but I dont know if I left anything out.
I have her feeding schedule, meal requirements, walking schedule, vet name and #, our #'s and a copy of her vaccinations. Should I put or do I need anything else?

Anything and everthing about the pet. My list was 2 pages long when we went away. That is great of you to find such specialized care for your doggie! Have a great trip.
