Nursing schools
My friend is looking to transfer into nursing school from a community college. Any recomendations for schools on LI and/or Manhattan? TIA

Adelphi, Molloy and Stonybrook are good, I am not sure about the schools in Manhattan other than Columbia and NYU for BSN, but they are very expensive. I would tell her to finish her prereqs at community college and get her BSN.
LIU in Brooklyn also has a BSN program, and BMCC in Manhattan does. I think the Pace does too.

Nassau/Suffolk CC and Farmingdale have associates programs.
Stony Brook, Adelphi, Molloy have bachelor's programs.
I might be leaving some out on LI, I don't know about any in the city.

and Farmingdale has a BSN program starting this year.
If she works, farmingdale has more flexible scheduling of courses than NCC, but i dont really know much about the other programs.

Thank you! I think she's looking for a BSN because right now she's doing her prereqs at a community college. I'll pass the info on to her.
