Temperatures
at your workplace sooo cold that you need to wear mittens and scarves all day, or is it so warm that you need to strip as the day goes on????

I always joke how I get hot flashes at work....cause it's cold most of the morning (where i need to break out the heater) and then too warm towards the end of the day !!

I'm gonna go with wearing mittens and scarves all day. Today i have my scarf around my head so my ears could saty warm. Isn't this against the law to freeze out your employees. I am soooooooooo cooooooooooold! I'm gonna get me a heating pad

we're fine right now.... our building is a disaster during spring and fall.
the heating and air apparently are turned on/off only once a year. The warm spells in late october (after the heat is turned on) are HORRIBLE. we're talking 82 degrees in the lab 
but even worse, the cold spells in early october (When it's only 60 outside, but the air is STILL on) OMG.... it's 55 degrees  Since the day before the temp was ok, everyone shows up completely unprepared.... (sandals, t-shirts ) it's enough to make you seriously sick.

I have a mini heater for work but they are banned bc they "regulated the building temperature" so now I have to get what the other women have, I can choose from: an electric blanket, a hot water bottle, a fleece poncho or just a full out down blanket.
I am not even joking - I have sat in work with a wool hat on my head. . .

Ugh, yes, it's so cold in here it's ridiculous! People wearing their coats while indoors kinda takes away from the look of the business attire dress requirement, don't you think?

I'd take a blast of cold air...our building is so friggin' hot I cant take it. Last winter we had the windows open with snow blowing in just to cool the place off.

after several fights with an old co-worker the temp is finally steady at 72 degrees. but it depends on my "mood" - i usually keep a sweater in my cubicle just in case, but usually i am fine in whatever i wear to work that day.
in the summer, though, i am always freezing. 72 is toooooo cold for the ac!!
