I had an X-ray today...
I had an x-ray at the podiatrist. He asked me if I was pregnant . I knew he had to ask anyone who MIGHT be pregnant so you'd think Id be prepared, but I wasn't so I answered with a resounding "NO!" He's like "Are you sure?" "YES I AM SURE!!!!!"
But hey, the xray wasn't in vain - I have a broken toe - that and jury duty. Sweet huh?
G-d bless America - Maybe the case I get called for will be a medical malpractice case against a podiatrist and I'll get myself kicked off - no pun intended.

I had a dentist appt when we were TTC and I had gotten AF the morning of the appointment. When the hygenist asked if I was pregnant I started crying. Poor hygenist!
And sorry about your broken toe!!

Years ago I had a doctor ask me the same question and he did the same thing, asked again if I was sure. I was offended but for a totally different reason from soneone who is TTC. The doctor was adding insult to injury because he had just reminded me, not once, but twice that I wasn't getting any sex. It was long before I met Studly the Tripod.

Iwork for a DPM for many years. The x ray will usually not go out of the box that it is x raying- my boss says you get more radiation from a ray gun the police use to see if you are speeding. I hope you were wearing a lead apron just in case. Hope the toe feels better- and jury duty- ugh- that stinks. Glad to hear your dr. is cute so u can admire him thru the pain.

Assuming my podiatrist is my date for dental work that would be great. But my dentist is pretty average looking.

I think I went to that podiatrist years ago.....he was the only good thing about breaking my foot.....

I think so! It was a long time ago but there was a grocery store in thhe shopping center.

I walked into an entire box of STAPLES paper that DH left outside of the bathroom door - 3 weeks ago. It takes a LONG time to heal.

Ouch!
Toes DO take a long time to heal. I broke my pinky toe by dropping a sold brass belt buckle on it. I had to pee really bad and so I opened up the belt and my pants and just dropped them. I swear I saw stars, it KILLED.
To this day, I have a somewhat unhealthy fear of gap belts.
