Is this bad?
I am on CD 4 and I only had a three day period and very light this time around which is very unusual....Is that not healthy?

Why would it be unhealthy? My periods were sometimes 4-5 days and others 3-4. Be happy it wasn't too long!

I don't think it's unhealthy. Mine are usually 6 days though, so if mine had only bee three I might be a little suspicious!
