The space is too small for all that granite IMO. I wouldn't want to destroy it though either....hmm. Definitely need a new sink but I think ultimately you can make it look really cute with no granite on the walls at all.
I agree. We did not put the granite up...it was like that when we bought the house. I just feel bad taking it down b/c I can only imagine how $$$ it was to put up.
Ultimately, I really want to take the tile down and paint and put up molding, a nice white cabinet behind the toilet, a new sink and mirror. My dad and DH will be taking down the tile and sheetrocking if that is what we decide to do so we will definetely be saving $$$ by doing it ourselves. The project is just going to be a PIA.
