This is weird
Yesterday I used the HPT and got a BFN. Afterwards I peed again and noticed a small clot after I wiped but no other traces of blood. I had some mild cramping. Last night I had a lot of gas and felt heavy in my lower abs. I peed before bed and noticed a little blood on my pad but it was dried. I was cramping the entire night. This morning same thing, except more clotting was coming out and some blood, but nothing is reaching my pad. I don't even have a full flow. I don't know what to make of this. Anybody else experienced this?

Re: This is weird
Could the clotting be your lining? Maybe this is the start of your AF.

Re: This is weird
Well, AF reared her ugly little head. She didn't fully come down until Saturday. What really ***** is that my RE wanted me to come in on my first day of AF and since he didn't have office hrs on Saturday, now I have to wait next month to start treatment. When the signs of AF started to show on Thursday, I was so depressed. DH didn't know what to do, I just went on a crying jag. Oh well there is always next month.

Sorry about AF!
Word of advice: Any good RE should be open 7 days a week, including holidays. It is ridiculous that you should have to miss a month because your doctor was not open on Saturdays. And why did he want you to come in on the 1st day? The typical thing is to go in on CD 3 for testing. When on Saturday did AF start? CD1 is your first FULL day of AF, so if it didn't start until later in the morning, afternoon, or night, then Sunday was CD1 for you and tomorrow would be CD3. I would call your dr. and ask to go in for CD3 tests. I would also try to find an RE that is available 7 days a week. Our bodies don't operate on a mon-fri schedule!

Well, I went to the RE yesterday and he did a sonogram. The cyst that I had on my left ovary was gone. I told him that the cramping with this period was really bad and he said that it might be a sign that the cyst was gone and sure enough, it was. I told him that it's been hard for me to stay awake from the late afternoon to evening. Since I did my CD 3 test with my ob/gyn, she never tested my thyroid, so my RE is doing a complete testing on my bloodwork. He took 12 vials. He started me on Clomid (100 mg once a day for 5 days), DHEA (25 mg 3X a day) and baby asprin (81 mg once a day). Has anyone else had to take DHEA? What is it suppose to do?
