Charting question
When reading my chart, it looks very much like I have ovulated. Do you count the # of days from when the temperature started to increase or from the highest temp and on to determine how many days post ovulation?
I'd post my chart, but I'm in the stone age, I still use a good old pencil and paper.

DPO basically means that, you start counting on the first day after ovulation. for me, i get a big temp rise the day after ovulation so that is 1DPO.
