closing changed AGAIN
Ok so closing was originally going to be the 15th which would have been today.....then they changed it to the 19th which would've been Monday and I got a call from my lawyer two days ago that closing will now be the 28th   
just send some housedust if it exists that the date stays for the 28th!

not really....all she said is that the sellers lawyer is a tool and they couldnt set a date i guess with them trying to close on their house in conneticut its hard to make everything work i dunno just frustrating

aw thanks so much girls! its frustrating bc im almost all packed living in an apt the size of a tin can as it is but then put a room full of cardboard boxes and all i have left is the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom....im getting stir crazy!

What was your on-or-about closing date? Ours was 10/1 and we closed 11/9. 
At least you know that you only have 45 days of this total, according to the contract. But I'm sorry it's so frustrating... It's quite a PITA to coordinate two closings - their new purchase and your new purchase!

This happened to us as well. THe sellers kept pushing it back. We got into our house Dec 20th.
The sellers wanted to be @ssholes and push it to after Christmas...
Don't stress...

see this is exactly what i didnt want is for them to be @sses about Chrsitmas bc its such a big holiday in my family....moving around then just wouldnt be right
