AF Question
Hi
So Sunday I had some brown discharge (sorry if TMI) and than Monday morning I woke up with AF.
Which day would you consider my first day of AF.
I'm so confused. TIA

I think it's supposed to be your first day of "full" flow. So I'm guessing the Monday would count as Day 1. But I'm not positive.
