I saw that this morning! Wow.
The first thing I thought was damn if that were me or one of my siblings that pulled that (accident or not) my arse would have been whooped! My parents were not afraid of a little corporal punishment...firm believers in spare the rod, spoil the child.
Yikes I'm sorry, I think I totally hi-jacked this post into a totally different topic. 
Sorry-it was the first thing that popped into my mind when I heard that on the news.
