Chase, both business and personal. Their customer service has been outstanding!!!!
My sister recently switched to them and couldn't believe the difference compared to the banks she had used previously.

Citibank because I've been with them forever and have no complaints. I also have an account at Wachovia and picked them as my "save $ and forget about it" bank.

Our main checking and savings is at Wamu. DH has had his accounts there since it was the Dime. I have small checking and savings left from before we were married with an OOS bank that serves the military. But I had moved most of my money into our joint account.
We have savings accts for DD and DS, as well as a checking account and our safe deposit box at Commerce. I wanted the kids accounts there so they could use the Penny Arcade and then deposit their money right away. We wanted our safe deposit box there since we can access it on Sundays if we want.
Finally we have a money market with our brokerage house.

BOA love keep the change and your debit card transactions show on your account ASAP including where the purchase was made.

Used to be WAMU - DH worked for them. I had my money there since it was Key Bank. They screwed him around alot (as an employee) so he got a better job with Chase. So our money is ther enow
My dad worked for Chase for almost 30 years. My parents have a grandfather clock he received for 25 years of service. My mom worked there as well...is where they met!

HSBC - they have a great rates, every friendly bank, good customer service, and as a plus, whenever we travel out of country, we can access our accounts since HSBC is global and has branches in many countries we've visited (Britain, Ireland, Bahamas, etc).

We're with Bank of America, but switching because our ATM cards NEVER work when we're out of the country (even when we've let BoA know ahead of time where we're going and when we'll be there). Everytime I've traveled with someone who has Citibank and their ATM cards work just fine.
SAME THING!!!
I use Bank of America but when I was traveling out of the country I couldnt get cash...I was furious...the machine wouldn't except my passcode...said it was too long!

Citibank..free checking if you have direct deposit. No problems and I think their online banking is unsurpassed.

I currently use Suffolk County National Bank and really like it. When I go into a branch for help, they are always so nice and genuine. They have always done their best to help me, and i have been happy 100% of the time.
I have used BOA, but they are not friendly to lower balance accounts. They legally have to let you have an account, but their Customer Service was TERRIBLE when I had a problem with my account.
I will NEVER use WAMU. My Dad worked for a bank they took over and they treated their employees horribly. I never had a bank account with them, but I will never forget what they did to my dad!
