Men and tupperware

Do men just have like an allergy to tupperware? Putting it away in particular. My husband empties the dishwasher, stacks the tupperware up...then leaves it on the counter. I think he doesn't understand how the tupperware drawer works...

Anyone else?

ps..please note, it does not have to be tupperware brand plastic storage containers, other brands are available.

Re: Men and tupperware

My sister always complains about how my BIL doesn't appreciate the value of Tupperware - he treats it like the disposable stuff. Chat Icon

All of ours goes in a drawer and is stacked by size. Dh never puts it away - i think he's afraid I'll tell him it's "wrong"

Re: Men and tupperware

DH has a love/hate tupperware relationship - he either goes all OCD and rearranges the entire tupperware cabinet - or leaves them stacked up and won't put them awayChat Icon

Re: Men and tupperware

OMG, PIMP.....That is my DH too. I am not sure what the issue is, I think it's the same one he has about brining more toilet paper into the bathroom.

Re: Men and tupperware

I always stack the tupperware (and the pots and pans) in the correct cabinets, in the correct order. It's not that hard, really. There's often no other way to put them in the cabinet. I think they are just being lazy.....

GoldenRod,

Do you think you'd be willing to teach a class in this?

We can hold it as an official LIF GTG...

Maybe we should have it at Appliance World.

Every DH would have his own dishwasher to empty with assorted items to put away in the display cabinets.

Can't remember exactly how many they have on display but I can call the owner tomorrowChat Icon Chat Icon
