What would you make of this?

Based on the chart in the OPKs I buy, I should start testing on CD10. Ok, fine.

So this month rolls around and CD10 comes and goes. I know, for something so important to me how the heck did I forget? But nonetheless I did. So I tested on CD11.

On CD11 I got two strong lines. Ok, I'm peaking, great. So the next day I test again... I'm back to one line.

Could it possibly be that I peaked for one day, possibly two?? Last month I peaked for 4 days!!! Meaning I tested 4 days in a row and had two solid lines.

Every other month I've gotten two solid lines for about 3 days. Generally speaking my cycles have been consistent (28 days give or take a day or two TOPS).

I just don't know what to make of this... Chat Icon

We haven't BD'd at all this month. I've felt like absolute crap all week. My allergies are kickin' my azz and the damp weather is killing my jaw so pretty much all I've wanted to do is take my allergy meds and alieve and go to sleep.

I'm just so tired of trying so hard. It seems like everyone else I know had NO problems getting PG. It all happened for them within a month or so of trying. We're going on to month 6. Chat Icon

Re: What would you make of this?

The same thing happened to me this month. Last month, I got 2 solid lines 3 days in a row. This month, started testing on CD11, on CD16, I got 2 solid lines, CD17, 1 solid line.

Here's my (completely unscientific) logic: LH must have surged after I tested on CD15, but maybe later in the day? Maybe the same thing happened to you.

I don't know if that helped, but at least you know you're not alone. Chat Icon

Re: What would you make of this?

Thank you ladies. To the OP I totally understand what you are saying about possibly surging later in the day. I'm not sure about my case b/c the first day I tested it was later in the day than the second day I tested, so I'm pretty sure I missed the surge.

I will definitely try to BD tonight and this weekend... Who knows maybe it will work!!

And lastly, but certainly NOT least... Thank you for the hugs flatty!! Chat Icon They're most appreciated!

Re: What would you make of this?

I test using digitals and I do it twice a day. I have surged at different times of the day in different cycles.

Please do not kill me but when I saw the title of your thread, the response I had in my head was:

"I can make a hat, a brooch or a pterodactyl."

Re: What would you make of this?

I'm in the same perdicament as you. This month I used ANSWER OPK and I received two line for a few days and then it went to one line. When I saw this happening I decided to test with Answer and CBE digital and both test came back with different answers. Answer said I had an LH surge but CBE say I didn't have one. I have no idea what to believe. However I have been BD since CD9 so I hope to not have missed it. And I'm going to keep doing this till CD20. Hopefully it will work. Good luck to you ladies.

Re: What would you make of this?

I thought the indication of an LH surge meant you had 24-48 hours before you O. Is this not true? Which is why I didn't understand why I would have 2-3 days of solid lines. I think I'm confused. However I'm still hopeful. Chat Icon Thanks.
