Starting when you think you are entering your fetitle time, you would use the OPK (ovulation predictor kit) to determine if you have ovulating. The test measures your LH level (lutenizing hormone) that will usually surge (peak) just before ovulation. Once you detect your surge, you should BD that day and the next (and I always throw in an extra one for good measure )
