? about the luteal phase
I thought my luteal phase was 14 days long but after plugging the info into mymonthlycycles.com it says that is is only 10 days long. Does this change from month to month? I consistently get AF on CD33 every month. If I am calculating my luteal phase wrong, then I didn't O when I thought I did. I still have a few more days before I O! HELP!

I don't use OPK's or temp. I just kinda "wing it" (as per the doctor) and really pay attention to my body. He said not to go to nuts with temping and OPK's until after 6 months.

well, i think charting will give you a better indication of when you "O" if youre already using mymonthlycycles.com - its worth a shot

When I tried to look at other people's charts I felt like I had no idea what I was looking at. I think Im gonna hold off on charting until I hit 6 months if nothing happens by then.

Re: ? about the luteal phase
you should get the book "taking charge of your own fertility" but if you read the websites, and look at the charts you can kinda figure it out

Thanks! I've heard of this book. I might have to go get a copy.

Re: ? about the luteal phase
your luteal phase stays pretty consistent from month to month. it will not vary by more than a day or two max.
