Anyone not using a middle name?

Whenever we tell people we're not using one they act all surprised and then start helping us with ones.

We really just don't want one. It's surprising to see others surprised (weird).

I kept my name when we got married and we used my last name as the baby's middle name. People have been very receptive to that, even though I expected them not to be. I do like the idea of a middle name but I know plenty of people who do not have one. Do what you want!!!!!!!!!

I don't have a middle name and people always act like it's a little strange. But I don't really care and you should defnitely do what you want.

it really doesn't matter, people rarely use their middle name anyway. my husband doesn't have one.
