For those who began charting immediately after going off BCP
there's always a day or two between when I finish the last pill in my pack and when AF begins. If I want to start charting immediately, do I count the first day off as Day 1 of my next cycle, or do I count the first day of AF as Day 1?

Always count Day as the first day of AF. Not spotting but full bleeding. Fertility friend.com is a big help as is my monthly cycles.com

i started charting my first month off BCP. i started my first day of AF. It's easiest that way b/c that is considered the first day of your cycle.
