Yes, he was excellent and got us a GREAT rate and excellent service. I know a lot had to due with professional courtesy but I was very happy with him.

I think we're going to. DH's step-mom is a real estate lawyer and she said in her experience (28 yrs worth), it's the best way to get the best rate.

we're def going to use a broker (we have someone in the family too)... i was just surprised to hear that a decent amount of people didnt. i feel like that would require so much extra research (though, i like to do my own research, i feel like they can sometimes offer options that you werent aware of i guess).
yeah... i caved in and we're looking

Yes!
I am closing on Thursday so after I close I will be able to "officially" recommend them.
But right now... they come HIGHLY recommended. Got me a killer rate with no BS. I have dealt with a lot of mortgage people and banks and I was pleasantly surprised by this guy.
But talk to me after Friday to make sure.
