Charting question...
If you sleep from lets say 12am- 8am everyday. And you do your morning temp at 8am every morning...
But 1 or 2 days out of the month you wake up at 5am to FMU, do you use the temp at 5 am or do you go back to sleep and then use the temp from 8am knowing it was only 2.5-3 hours of sleep.
You see... if I use my temp from 5am it was 98.35, but if I use my temp from 8am it was 97.55... pretty big difference... Just wondering I am at 9DPO and my LP is usually short, so I was wondering if my temp really went way up, or really went way down...
Thanks! xoxo

Re: Charting question...
I believe once you're awake you're supposed to temp. I think the minute you move, your body temp rises which is why you're not supposed to do anything before you temp.

Re: Charting question...
Usually you should use the temp from when you first wake up. However, they say that if you get at least 3 hours of sleep after that, it's okay. So if you get up at 5, go back to sleep and get up at 8, your 8am temp should be accurate. Also, one or two slightly off temps, if it's not around O time, won't mess up your chart - ff should be able to see a pattern regardless.
