If you get AF does that mean you ovulated?
I'm just wondering because last month I didn't get a positive OPK but I did give up on CD 18 and stopped testing since I usually have a 26-28 day cycle.
Anyway AF arrived on CD30 but was longer and lighter. Does this mean I ovulated since I got AF or can you still get AF and not ovulate?

I think I may have answered my own question.
I think I may have had an anovulatory month last month because my AF was really nothing like I usually get.  I just hope that doesn't happen this month as well.
I'm CD 11 and still no high reading on my monitor so I am getting discouraged a little.

Anovulatory cycles can happen but they are rare. Or its possible that you actually did O but you just didn't get a peak reading. There's no reason to think you won't have a normal cycle this month.

are you recently off BCP? when i went off BCP, my second month i did not ovulate but still got AF. everything seems to be fine now though. i think it's just one of those things that happens. definitely talk to your dr if you notice you do not ovulate this month. sometimes you can ovulate and not get a positive on the OPK. pay attention to other O signs this month.

No but I had a steroid injection in my back last month and this month and I think that could be doing it. I am so inpatient though. I just want to ovulate. I guess I'll just keep testing every day with my monitor so I don't miss it if it happens.

You may have needed to test alittle longer into your cycle.
I would try testing next month into CD21 or 22 or maybe even longer just to see. You never know you could O late in your cycle.
In addition, if you're really not sure, start temping. That's the most accurate way to know if you're Oing.

i have been getting +opk's but not sure i am ovulating since my P is not as heavy as it was when off BCPs and I am not noticing a Temperature spike.
are you temping? Is there a temp spike around the time you think you are O'ing?

Be patient - I have a 27 day cycle and last month I never even got a high reading on my monitor - I went straight from low to peak on CD14.
Are you noticing any EWCM?

No EWCM. I'm not totally dry. Maybe sticky but not really even that.  (sorry for the TMI).

I'm on day 11 too and the monitor is still LOW.....I only got a medium peak last month around day 13....and HIGH peak on day 16 and 17....
