this is going to sound really bad of me and i really hope i don't get flamed, it's not intended to be harmful
but the first 2 winners were guys, and last time, a woman won. So, I think if Randall is in the finals, I think he'll take it. I do happen to think he is very good and deserves it based on talent alone. But, I also think the fact that an African American has not won yet, is a plus in his favor.

I agree- not that Trump is really one to care that much about public opinion, but I think there has been pressure to be diverse in his hiring of the Apprentices. He and Burnett have also been criticized for the way African American women have been portrayed on the show (Omarosa and Stacy J.) even though both women brought it upon themselves.
Plus, I think Randall really is the strongest. Until last night I was thinking that a Randall/Marshawn final two was possible, but now I think it will Randall and Alla.

From who's left, I think the two that stick out are Randall & Alla. They weren't the best Apprentice of the season, but from who's left, they are.

I think the final will be Randall and Rebecca though.

I hadn't been impressed with Rebecca the whole season. She always seemed to be medling in the background. But when she stepped up yesterday to do the presentation, that showed resilience. Not enough for Trump's Apprentice, but enough to give credit for. Kudos, Rebecca!

I agree --- I just think Alla and Randall will push harder. But I like Rebecca, although she was dumb when she was PM not to bring Toral in the BR...I think that may come back to bite her....

In my opinion, I think it's just a matter of time before Alla gets in trouble. I think her own assertiveness will get her in trouble and bump heads with Donald......

Is it just me or all of these people except Randall and Alla total morons. I just don't understand how they get on the show!!!! I know people with more business savvy in their little toe than these losers! I don't know who picks these people but they ****. I did like the guy that got fired with all 4 I think. I forgot his name but he was funny glasses and light hair. At least he had a sense of humor

i vote for alla. randel is really good as well. but his decision not to use darth vader as a main subject for the star wars challenge, made me doubt him alittle.

In my opinion, a lot of these contestants are pretty smart and some of them are self-made millionaires which shows that at least they have some creative side...and have definitely benefited from that....so I don't think I would call them morons. Perhaps when it was time to make a decision in this show, they were not at their best or made the *best* decision that they needed to make but that could be from the pressure that they are under. Like Rebecca, when she didn't bring Toral to the board room. Toral definitely needed to be in there. And I guess that was the wrong call that Rebecca made but she was probably acting with some personal feelings into the situation. That's what I'm thinking. With the exception of Markus, I think in my opinion, they are pretty smart....many of them have graduated with honors and own or have managed million dollars businesses....they had to have some common sense at some point. And granted there are lots of business people out there in the world with more business acumen than them, but I guess (maybe?)they didn't apply for the show. I also think they have to choose from a wide variety of backgrounds to make the show more interesting......

ALSO, I think being attractive helps candidates get cast. I have yet to see a smart "fat" or "ugly" person on the Apprentice - even if they are as smart as the less ugly ones.

I definitely said Randall would win BUT...he needs to get away from his team. They are horrible for him.I wish they would become independently judged at this point. I think at least Alla has the girl on crutches that has determination. WHo does Randall have? If Randall loses it will be bc of his screwed up team. I was disappointed with both of the star wars pesentations. I thought the idea of creating star wars was great but the actual concept done was horrible. I would have liked music or strobe lights something a little original.

Perhaps if the manhattan project manager went to the meeting on time, they might have had a better picture as to what they were looking for. Theres nothing worse then going on a job interview and showing up late. The PM was fired regardless.

Alla is in the other group.
Rebecca (the girl on crutches) is on Randall's team.
And yes, I thought they'd use more special effects on their displays....I was disappointed as well in that sense.....

ok.. i *just* got to watch it from the other night, but im SOOO glad that he fired both of them!! excellent decision!
i think randall will win it. i havent really been blown away by any of them this season AT ALL, but i think he's the strongest. i like rebecca, but i think she gets at least a little more sympathy because shes on crutches, IMO. shes not bad, but shes not all that strong either- not for the calibur that they *should* be for this competition.
i think Alla is smart and strong, but i cant stand her. she just gets under my skin. i think she did an awesome job on the star wars thing, and i give her credit for that (though, i WAS hoping they would lose, so that clay would get the F out of there already, but whatever  ). Alla is just a little too ushy, and i think i would Dread going to work everyday if i had to report to/ deal with her.

Boy I screwed up that posting. Yes, you are right the girl on crutches is on Randalls team. My point is that these teams are horrible and that if u dont have a few good men (women) behind you they can take u down. I agree though with the posting that alla COULD butt heads with donald with her assertiveness. I never thought of that. Randall is so laid back and calm that he could definitely win.

just got done watching it. i thought of of the 2 would be fired...and they were both fired. i think randal will go all the way. if he wins, i don't think it would be cause he's african amerian...it will be for his talent. just my honest opinion
