What's for breakfast?
I have a weight watcher's yogurt and a 100 calorie multi grain english muffin. 
I wouldn't mind a nice slab of bacon!

Honery Bunches of Oats cereal mixed with raisins in milk.
Was going to have a vanilla latte but S/O didn;t get it for me when he went for coffee.

I had a bowl of raisin oatmeal before I left the house...and just finished an egg-white omlet with spinach, tomatoes & cheese with potatoes.  Delish.
