This is it!
As of tonight, after ten LONG months, my house is finally MINE again! My father moves into his apartment TODAY!  No more laundry, no more cooking formal dinners every night, no more driving to and from Dialysis every other day, and no more total lack of privacy! 
And, to boot, I think my Dad will settle quite comfortably into his new place. I got a call from his "welcoming committee mentor", who told me that I should tell my Dad to expect a MOB of woman at his door if he announces that he's divorced

It sounds like it's going to be great for all of you. I bet your dad will have a busier social life than you!! Did you work out the furniture problem? Enjoy your house again.

Kinda. They're replacing the end tables and delivering the entertainment center on Thursday (knock on wood!)
