when i watch heidi and spencer i feel like im watching a god awful live play..they seem sooo fake and scripted by themselves, i think there entire being is sucha sham...
i LOVED what Lauren said to Whitney about being so glad to not be jasons gf at that point...i like jason but what is he thinking!!!!????? that marriage will a) never happy or b) they will b divorced in 6 months,
i was suprised whitney went out with those guys but geeez what a diva that dude was to NOT change jeans LOSER!!!
i also must add i love every song they play on that show--it always goes so well with the episode..
i cant wait to see next week, i think brody and lc r awesome together--he is sucha cutie..
im very suprised elodie will quit..
cant wait for monday!!!!!!!!1

It's hysterical to me that even Jen Bunney is trying to talk her out of the wedding. Jason is such a tool, but this one doesn't work out, isn't he engaged to some other girl now?
And  to Elodie. That has to be one of my fave moments ever on the Hills. LOVED Heidi's face as Elodie pointed out all the people who were mad at her and called her sad.
I felt bad for Whitney, it's was kinda like Lisa set her up to fail on that project.
DH watched with me and said that Spencer's teeth are just as bad as Matt Dillon's in What About Mary.

I agreee that he is a tool, but this is the girl he is still engaged too (still ). In US Weekly a couple of weeks ago, he said he didn't really want Lauren at the party.
Also, the aired episodes are only about a month behind, according to Google, Brody's birthday party was August 24th, and that is going to be on next week.
What the crap is Spencer trying to pull? Not telling his parents? Wanting to elope? Huh?
I really like Lauren, I think she is a very "real" 21 year old girl, she goes out with her friends, goes to work and school and deals with things a lot of dealt with at 21 (an ex in another serious relationship, friendship issues, etc).

She didnt set her up to fail on the project. Whitney made the decision to go out with the band the night before. It was unprofessional. I bet if she didnt make that decision and they didnt go out with the band or even mention it, then the band member would of changed Jeans for her. He didnt feel like she was in charge anymore.
Heidi and Spencer are both idiots. Why she would marry him, I dont know. I dont even know why he asked her, he doesnt even seem like he wants to. Heidi was registering for some ugly stuff, by the way.
Jason is a complete idiot. Why he invited Lauren to his party, I have no idea. That was probably very akward for her.
Jasons fiance looked like a real Biatc!h...but im sure it was odd for her too. Nice move on her part, by putting her body inbetween Lauren and Jason when they were standing on the Balcony towards the end of the show.

I agree with your DH! And like I've said before, The Hills is on Noggin (the N whatever) at 12:30am and they showed the episode last night when Spencer is telling Brody he is moving in with Heidi and he is saying he is going to be out of there SO fast and that he still had a "homeboy" phone and a "girlfriend" phone.

I disagree. When I was first out of college there is no way I would have had the self confidence to insist that he change. I would have done the same thing, and I would not have been out partying with them the night before.
I worked in marketing at a publishing house and we had a partnership with a major magazine in the Conde Nast family. I've been on those type of shoots. They never send out a contributor and an intern to any shoots, much less an "important" one. There would have at least been an assistant editor there making the decisions.

I read that too and I just find it funny that if he didn't want her at the party than why did he invite her?! In the article in Us Weekly he made it sound like she just showed up uninvited... He's dumb.

Like always, I cannot stand Heidi and Spencer. I can't believe Jen Bunney has the smarts to try and talk Heidi out of the wedding.
Feel bad for Lauren. Totally think Jason just wanted to be on TV again for drama. I was honestly hoping they were getting back together in the future.
Cannot wait to see next week with Elodie quitting

True, true. I guess cuz it's Heidi, I didn't think of that. LOL
I had to look past my hatred of Heidi (esp after last week's episode where she and Spencer ran into Lauren and Jason!) and remember my own days as a bride to be 
I think it's hysterical that she's out registering and dress shopping when Spencer hasn't even told his family he's engaged....
