TERMITES!!!!
We start doing a little renovation and it turns into a major project due to hidden termite damage!!!!

 I know what you mean!!! We found the damage during our contract negotiations and made the previous owners fix the issues, and then we continue with the quarterly inspections.

thats what we did....we will be put onto the exterminators contract at closing and we will definitely do the same with keeping up with the inspections....bugs are a no no in any place in which i live
