#2 - my house is up for sale and I don't want any others up for sale in the Selden area. You better do some smooooooth talkin to get those ppl to stay or there will be hell to pay. I know where you live.

Oh jesus now I have a stalker. Now you will definately shake me down for my lunch money. If you have references then I could possibly consider you as a candidate to live next to me. I don't want them to move trust me. Last thing I need is a crappy neighbor next to me. Where are you moving to?
PS...If my house gets egged, TP'd and there is hot tea spilled outside then I know who did it.
ETA: I used to live a few blocks over before buying a house. I wonder if I was closer to you then. Weird.

I do not want to live in Selden anymore, so I'd like to withdraw myself from consideration. The town is lovely, but the reason I don't want to live in Selden anymore is because I CANNOT deal with DH b!tching ANYMORE about the commute. If I hear him say one more time "I want to move" I'm going to shoot myself. I don't even know where I'm moving to yet. West, that's all I know. So I know the town won't be the same without me, but you're just going to have to find a way to go on. I know it will be difficult, but it is necessary.
What's funny is, although you live around the corner from me, I have NO IDEA where your street is. I just know you live around the corner based on the proximity of the main roads near your humble abode. And yes, I will be shaking you down for your lunch money. Meet me at Peppino's for a slice, you're buying.

I don't like Peppinos. I like LaCasa pizza. I used to a few blocks over and worked in Great Neck for close to 3 years. The commute was horrible. I hated every minute of it. I now have a 10 minute commute. What town does he work in? I know Selden won't be the same but I will try and not cry myself to sleep everynight. We thank you for brining so much to our small town.

Tell him to man up. That's not that bad of a commute. You should punch him in the gut tonight and tell him to grow up. Hahaha. Amici is a close second for me. The best chinese takeout is Main City though. Too bad they don't deliver. It makes me sad.
