soreness question
I am 12w4d and feel like I have done 1000 sit-ups... I assure you, I have not! I'm thinking maybe my abdominals are "stretching." Has anyone experienced this?

Re: soreness question
Yep, I mostly feel it in the morning when I am waking up/getting out of bed. I think it is just the stomach muscles stretching. Oh, and i'm 11w4d.

Re: soreness question
I've been sore since I was about 12 weeks and it is getting worse at 22 weeks! I can't believe all the aches and pains that come with being pg!

Re: soreness question
I had this after sonograms. They would make me so sore for a day or 2. Now in later pregnancy, it seems to be happening again and I have weekly sonograms to look forward to!

Re: soreness question
I had this after my recent sono. but the past few days I was a little tender to touch about the belly button too.

Re: soreness question
I would get this off and on too, it's common but feel better!
