Grew up in Seaford, not just a "massapequa thing" I think it is a south shore LI thing cause DH went to the police academy with people who have heard of and eat there and LOVED it...I think to each his own.
For me it was a place where my family went to for burgers, fries, shakes, and my brother always had to have a hot dog and a kinish. I have so many memories I live 5 minutes from there now and although I don't go all the time I pass it every day and still think of the place with great memories. Actually passed last night and thought of going in for dinner but maybe next week since we are talking about it

Now that we're no longer on LI, it almost hurts to read about All American!!! Mannnnnn I could go for one of them tasty burgers right about now... (yes, even at 10:15 in the morning).

I live in Massapequa and I don't looooove All American. I like it - but it's a once a year thing for me - it's tasty and all but it does a number on your tummy!
