Definitely look into moving!
DH works in White Plains and can only live there, upstate or the Bronx. It's ridiculous...but yes we are making moves to get the hell out of here already.
Even a bit upstate- you're bound to be in better shape than in that apartment!!!!!!

wow your landlord and neighbors are a$$ holes and you def. should move as soon as possible, which really does suck but if you are going to have all these problems with them then the stress is not worth it...I'm sorry they are jerks...I'm sending good vibes to you
