veggies, fruit, plenty of water, prunes/prune juice, metamucil, and colace have worked for me. but unfortunately the problem has haunted me throughout my pregnancy

i had the worst time of it when i was pregnant i found that if i ate a serving of prunes every morning i was good each day. the funny thing is my son now loves them too
