Ugh I had a boss who asked me to have lunch with a co-worker to "feel him out" if he was dating material. So after I had lunch with him & had relatively light & harmless conversation to "feel him out" she accused me of trying to steal him & even called my DH to tell him I was lunching with another man. (PS this guy turned out to be gay & is now one of my best friends...and DH didn't care anyway...)

Same boss called me on my cell the day that I had to take my grandfather off of life support & left 80 messages to ask where a file was. She actually had the nerve to say, "This is life & death if I do not find the file."

Oh and my favourite, she sent me out to a hair salon during lunch to get my hair "fixed" b/c she thought my stylist was playing a cruel trick on me. So I went to the salon & drank mimosas for 3 hours & came back with the same hairstyle.

Had me call his housekeeper for his house in the Hamptons and explain to her that she was not pressing his shirts correctly. Then after that awkward conversation, later had me write a letter to her in Spanish leaving detailed instructions on what he wanted in what drawer.

Had me pick up new shoes at Prada b/c he got snow on the Prada shoes he was wearing...um hello why did you wear them in the snow!!!!???

Had me deliver important papers to his millionaire dad because he wanted to smoke a cigarette and his dad didn't know he smoked.

Had me put on his personal credit card just so I could pay his bills! Not to mention countless VIP arrangements I made for him and his boyfriend.

Oh my gosh I could go on and on and on. I miss that man! LOLLLLLL

I had a temp job that I walked out of on the first day because I didn't want to do his personal stuff. These stories makes that look like nothing.

these stories are crazy.

I had was a boss that every single day at the same exact time came to my desk with his credit card and wanted me to order him lunch. One day I was on the phone with a customer and he saw me on the phone and says "oh well finally you're one step ahead and already ordering my lunch" and walked away

I had another boss that sent me from the office in downtown to her lavish way uptown apartment on the train to pick up a big bag that her housekeeper will have ready for me when I arrive, then because the items that are in the bag is so valuable I must take a taxi back to the office and fill out an expense report for reimbursement that she'll sign off. The big bag that her housekeeper will have ready for me was her suitcase that she suddenly had to head out of town and wouldnt have time to go home and pack

I've had to go pick up breakfast at a specific place that was a bit of a trip b/c they had the best muffins and croissants for the VP's meeting b/c they didnt want to pay for the delivery or set up fees. So when they made me do that I would order myself and another co-worker breakfast.

The same bosses that made me pick up breakfast because they did not want to pay delivery and set up fee's had me call a messenger to pick up a tiny envelope and have it messengered three blocks

Their was an EVP that had an assistant, couldnt remember my name and wanted me to send correspondences to his personal financial advisor because I was better with words then his assistant.
