Temp question....Please help...
My temp goes from about 97.3 or 97.4 until I O.....
After I O, it will climb SLOWLY upwards (there's no jump right away). I'll get at 97.7 the day after I ovulate,
then 97.6,
then 97.7,
then 97.8
and stay at 97.8 for a few days (until AF).
I use TCOYF software, and it says that I haven't had a temperature shift yet.... It puts my coverline at 97.5

Have your progesterone checked after O--it should be at LEAST 10 on a non medicated cycle also take a B complex vitamin

What do you mean "at least 10"? You mean I should get temps of 98.5 or something?

Your progesterone should be at least 10 on a lab test. It fluctuates throughout the cycle. People with low or slow rising temps often have low progesterone. If you are TTc they can give you supplements. Progesterone is very important to prepare the lining for implantation
