are u supposed to do this with the first urination of the morning or does it matter?? thanks

No pregnancy tests are FMU-OPK's should be taken between 12-8PM

FMU is usually not recommended for an OPK because although the LH surge may have hit your bloodstream, it often takes a little bit longer to show itself in your urine. The day I got my positive I used the second urine, and took the test at 11 am. I immediately got a purple line bolder than the test line, and woke my DH up to BD (It was a saturday!)

you can get a + with FMU, but is it not recomended since you usually get the surge in the AM, and need time for it to get into your system... so they usualy recommend no peeing for 4 hrs and reduced liquid intake towards the end of the 4 hrs..
anyway, you got a + start getting busy
