your bloody show??
just read duck2001 poast and she mentioned your bloody show!!
Is this common?? I didnt know that happened??
my midwife told me to call if there was bleeding?? ( woild that be for the bloody show)??
if I was in labor or the baby had no movement for a long time...

the only way I knew my water was breaking was because I remembered what 'bloody show' was. I had it, called the Dr. and headed to the hospital. had my daughter a few hours thereafter.

no a mucous plug is a very gummy substance. The mucous generally goes "pop" and then you see a thick gooey thing. Some people loose half some the whole thing. I personally didnt have a bloody show when I had dd but some say this happens before the baby is coming. When you loose the mucous plug usually the baby will also be there within a few hrs or days. Mine popped the nite before.

i had bloody show this morning now contractions are 5 min apart... baby moving alot after each contraction cant talk long. sorry
