Caffeine -
What have your doctors said about caffeine?
I ask b/c my doc didn't stress me out about the amount I could have - in fact I would't have had to cut back at all.
I know every doctor is different so I would love to hear what you have been told. Thanks.

I haven't asked the Dr. yet... but after what I have read on here... I am proud to say that I have been 3 weeks with NO COFFEE and NO SODA!

everything in moderation
I only drink one small cup of coffee a day. I do not drink any soda or diet soda, never have and never will.
So it's not an issue.

I've been cutting back from regular to half caf and now I'm drinking decaf. I still get caffeine headaches once in a while but I know plenty of ladies who have had no more than 2 cups a day and their babies are good.
