If you forget to take your prenatal...
do you double up? I don't but I was wondering if it was bad for you.
I am awful at this - I never went on BCP b/c I knew I wouldn't remember to take it!

No way.....vitamins don't work that way. If you 'double up" you're not beneifing at all.
The most you'll do is end up constipated 
If you take it regularly, nothing is going to happen by missing it one day.
