How was the food? Is it a romantic restaurant? Some reviews mention it as romantic. Just looking for somewhere nice to go with DH.

I took DH there for his birthday several years ago. The food did not impress me, the service was slow and the check was BIG.
Like I said this was at least 4 years so perhaps things have changed.
ETA: take a look at
One If By Land, Two If By Sea They are running a special for their 35th anniversary, and giving away complimentary gift cards worth $35.
