Please post pics of your yards (front and back)
This weekend the cement and pavers should be done (I'll post pics) and then we will need to move on to landscaping since we took everything out.
Does anyone have pictures of your front yards (or ones you really like) for ideas?

I don't have any pics yet, because we are in the same situation as you, but I can't wait to see how your cement & pavers come out. Are you just doing your driveway or your whole property?

We had cement poured for the driveway (used to have two separate rows with dead grass in the middle) and extended the width, we put cement around the house and then pavers on two walkways (kind of like an 'L' on the front lawn) and the staircase...as well as the limestone treads.
Kissy - your house is gorgeous!! Thanks for posting those pictures.

Sounds very nice. Can't wait to see your pics. We are probably doing cement with paver borders for the driveway, cement for the walkways and the front stoop will be all pavers/bricks. That is our last project for this year after the rest of our remodel is done on the inside.
Yeah Kissy - love your pics. Give me some ideas for our house. Thanks! We can't wait to put up the PVC fencing. Hopefully next year. Your backyard is really nice now, nice and private.

Thanks everyone....Our front has come a long way...There are more pictures in my album of the driveway & what not..The PVC makes a HUGE difference in the yard....

Thank you Angela.
You have to see how big those bushes are now. We planted so many flowers this year and have a wide variety of colors going on. Looks great.
I will have to take new pics.
I just had my whole garage re wired and new lights installed inside....Its sooo bright and I can actually see what I am working on with the Beetle.

We inherited a very established yard with this house...unfortunately the front is not our taste. It's the old "meatball" style...and we can't wait to tear it all out and start fresh. Though a part of me would hate to get rid of the 50 y/o Rhode's and Azaela bushes. 
The back is pretty wide open and lined in 15-20' Hemlocks... Love the year-round privacy and it feels like a garden (park) back there. We also have about 5 huge Lilac bushes, a firepit area, veggie garden and rose garden (though I hate how she set it up - across the middle of the yard...but one thing at a time  )
