I HATE DELL!
I ordered my laptop ion JUNE 28th and was supposed to be delivered mid-July.
Well, that turned into delivery on August 9th and now I check and it is scheduled for AUGUST 28th!
W T F?
I am so pyssed with Dell right now and I can't even begin to tell you!
Don't order the new "colored" laptops - it's a crock and false advertising! I ordered mine the 1st day I saw the ad and they obviously can't keep up!
 
OK, vent over - I feel better (but I still don't have my laptop!)

i was going to make an IDENTICAL post about Dell!!!!!!
I ordered my laptop on July 18th--it was schedueld for Aug. 1st delivery and it too is scheduled for Aug 28th to ship out and receive by Sept. 4th!
i can not TELL you how much b.s. i've received from phone calls. yesterday i spoke with 2 rep's and they told me that something was on back order --the color i wanted (Midnite Blue) then i called the change order dept. and was on hold for FORTY FIVE MINUTES!!!!!!! and when i spoke with the guy--he said it was the SCREEN and its a worldwide issue in the factories that they are having and basically told me that ALL ppl who ordered ANY laptops in the past month haven't received them cause of the screen issue. i wanted to kill them!
the price i got for the laptop is so good---and the specifications and such--any other laptop in the stores would run me like $1200-1400 vs. the $913 i'm paying for dell--but the customer service S U C K S balls!!!!
p.s.--that aug. 28th ship date is no guarantee--it could take longer!

OMG! So true! I will never buy a Dell for that reason only...customer service $UCKS! I'd rather get another computer.
